Functional Consultant - D365

Salary: £28,000 - 68,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or related modules
• Experience designing business processes using Dynamics 365 capabilities
• Knowledge of Dataverse and Power Platform functionality

Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and process-mapping activities
• Gather, document, and prioritise business requirements
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Support backlog creation and refinement alongside Product Owners
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure Dynamics 365 solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable value
• Work within a cross-functional Agile squad to understand business processes, design functional solutions, and support implementation of Dynamics 365 capabilities across customer and operational journeys
