EUC Engineer

Salary: £32,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an EUC, Desktop Support, or Endpoint Engineering role
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Apple ecosystem devices
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, and mobile devices in enterprise environments
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
• Experience with MDM tools such as Jamf, Intune, or Kandji is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Apple certifications or relevant technical certifications are desirable
• Scripting or automation knowledge such as Bash, PowerShell, or similar is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support and administration for macOS, Apple laptops, and mobile devices
• Configure, deploy, and manage Apple hardware across the business
• Support modern workplace and endpoint management solutions
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user-related issues
• Assist with networking support including Wi-Fi, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and endpoint connectivity
• Support device security, patching, compliance, and asset management
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on projects and improvements
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to users at all levels
