ERP Change Manager
Job Description
Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year
Requirements:- Significant organisational change experience across multiple ERP implementations
- Direct experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial or asset-intensive environments
- Evidence of moving teams away from manual, paper-based or legacy processes
- Strong operational and shopfloor stakeholder engagement skills
- Practical knowledge of business readiness, training, communications and adoption
- A recognised qualification in Prosci, APMG or a comparable change methodology
- Credibility to engage senior leaders while remaining visible and effective with frontline teams
- Live within a commutable distance of Sheffield
- Lead the change management workstream across an ERP implementation
- Develop and deliver the change strategy
- Help operational teams transition from established manual and paper-based processes to standardised, digital, ERP-led ways of working
- Conduct change impact assessments and support business readiness
- Manage communications and resistance
- Deliver role-based training
- Support cutover and post-implementation adoption

We are supporting a leading organisation in the manufacturing and engineering sector with a search for an ERP Change Manager on a two-year fixed-term contract. The role requires significant onsite presence in Sheffield, up to four days a week. We offer a basic salary of around £65,000, depending on experience, a contributory pension of up to 9%, life assurance at four times salary, a bonus scheme of up to £1,000 and flexible benefits.
