Entry Level IT Support / IT Technician

Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for individuals with little or no previous experience.
• We welcome applicants who are looking for a career change, are recent school, college or university leavers, are currently working in another industry, or are leaving the Armed Forces.
• We are looking for people who are interested in technology and problem-solving.
• The most important qualities are a willingness to learn, good communication skills, and a genuine interest in changing careers.

• We provide over 80 hours of live instructor-led online training delivered by experienced industry professionals.
• We provide practical, real-world project work to help develop hands-on skills.
• We offer dedicated 1-to-1 tutor support throughout the learning journey.
• We provide CV support, interview preparation, and career coaching.
• We connect participants with our employer network and recruitment partners.
• We support successful candidates in preparing to step into an IT Support/Technician role.
