Endpoint Management SME

Salary: £125,000 - 150,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require proven experience administering Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
• We require a strong understanding of endpoint management across Windows 10/11 and mobile platforms, including iOS, Android, and macOS.
• We require experience with device enrolment, configuration profiles, and compliance and conditional access policies.
• We require knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and identity-based access controls.
• We require an understanding of endpoint security principles and ITIL-based service management practices.
• We prefer familiarity with certificate-based authentication and PKI.
• We prefer experience with SCCM and co-management of Windows 10 devices.
• We prefer PowerShell scripting or other automation experience.
• We prefer application packaging and deployment experience, including Win32 applications.
• We prefer experience integrating Intune with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and Azure Monitor.

Responsibilities:

• We will design, deliver, and support modern endpoint management services across the organisation.
• We will manage and optimise the end user device estate using Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• We will configure and maintain endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, Azure Virtual Desktops, and mobile devices, to ensure they are securely configured and compliant with organisational standards.
• We will deliver endpoint management capabilities, including device configuration, compliance policies, and conditional access controls.
• We will manage application deployment and lifecycle through Intune, including software packaging and distribution.
• We will support co-management of Windows devices across Intune and SCCM environments.
• We will implement and maintain endpoint security controls aligned with our security standards and risk posture.
• We will manage patching and update compliance through Windows Update for Business and associated tooling.
• We will develop and maintain automation solutions, including PowerShell scripting, to improve operational efficiency and service consistency.
• We will collaborate with security, infrastructure, and service management teams to align governance, access control, and compliance requirements.

We are seeking an Endpoint Management SME for a hybrid role based in Havant on an inside IR35 day-rate contract of up to £600 for 6 months. In this role, we focus on delivering secure, compliant, and high-quality endpoint management services across our organisation, supporting a modern device estate that includes desktops, laptops, Azure Virtual Desktops, and mobile devices. You will work closely with our security, infrastructure, and service management teams to support governance, improve service consistency, and ensure our end user experience meets enterprise standards.
