  • Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries where data products are central to business value is highly valued.

  • Review and accept or reject work completed by the development team during sprints against agreed acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product goals, and align product vision with business objectives.
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback, then adjust the backlog and roadmap to improve functionality and meet evolving needs.

  • Manage risk by identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and escalating where necessary.
  • Advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness.
  • Lead collaborative assignments, guide team members, and identify where other areas of specialisation are needed to complete assignments.
  • Consult on complex issues, provide advice to people leaders, and support the resolution of escalated issues.

  • Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done.
