Data & AI Architect - London

Salary: £50,000 - 80,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• We work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to provide technical leadership, shape deals and propositions, drive architectural decisions, create plans and roadmaps, and produce design artifacts.
• We play a key role in the sales process by creating solutions that inspire and win new business.
• We shape high-level designs, estimates, and contractual details for client proposals in collaboration with other subject matter experts.
• We coach and mentor more junior colleagues across the team and the wider organization.
• We translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language and value-based outcomes for senior business stakeholders, technology leaders, and internal sales teams.
• We engage early with clients, partners, and sales teams to support origination, deal qualification, requirements capture, and solutioning.
• We recommend best practices and approaches to achieve optimal outcomes and build trusted client relationships.
• We prepare and represent solutions in deal reviews and take an active role in client presentations and negotiations with key buyers.
• We collaborate with Data & AI leadership to shape current and future offerings, accelerators, and background IP to support GTM activities.
• We drive the evolution of best practices and methodologies for AI development, including data management, model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• We stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and data technologies and incorporate relevant innovations into our solutions.
