CyberArk Senior Engineer

Salary: £114,750 - 114,750 per year

Requirements:

• 9 years overall IT experience
• 5 years hands-on CyberArk implementation experience
• Strong expertise in PAM onboarding, automation, and platform configuration
• Experience leading enterprise-scale CyberArk deployments

Responsibilities:

• Lead our CyberArk onboarding strategy and wave planning activities
• Define onboarding approaches for VDI, VM, Windows, Linux, local administrator, root, and service accounts
• Validate our platform design, safe structure, account grouping, and naming standards
• Provide technical guidance to onboarding engineers and project teams
• Review discovery reports and define onboarding prioritization
• Identify onboarding blockers and remediation requirements
• Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and security teams for readiness activities
• Review account inventory reconciliation and onboarding scope validation
• Configure and optimize safes, platforms, CPM, PSM, password rotation, reconciliation accounts, and session recording
• Develop and review onboarding automation using CyberArk REST APIs, PowerShell, Python, and CI/CD pipelines
• Drive bulk onboarding and automated discovery initiatives
• Lead onboarding validation and testing activities
• Approve onboarding evidence and production readiness
• Manage exception handling and rollback strategies
• Support audit and compliance requirements
• Review SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, and transition documents
• Provide technical handover to operations teams
• Prepare executive onboarding dashboards and status reports
