Responsibilities:

• We design and develop a CMDB management application.
• We create user-friendly interfaces for Configuration Item management.
• We develop workflows for CI lifecycle management.
• We implement data validation and integrity controls.
• We integrate multiple data sources through APIs and connectors.
• We automate data collection and synchronization processes.
• We define and maintain CMDB data models.
• We ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• We develop CI relationship mapping capabilities.
• We support asset, infrastructure, application, and service inventories.
• We implement governance and audit mechanisms.
• We develop operational and executive dashboards.
• We implement KPI and SLA reporting.
• We create automated reporting schedules.
• We design real-time monitoring and performance indicators.
• We deliver trend analysis and predictive insights.
• We develop and maintain CMDB KPIs including data completeness, data accuracy, environment coverage, CI health scores, data freshness, discovery coverage, service mapping coverage, asset compliance, incident impact analysis, and change success rate.
• We develop automated notifications and alerts.
• We implement scheduled reporting mechanisms.
• We create exception management workflows.
• We automate compliance and governance controls.
• We support continuous CMDB health monitoring.
• We deliver the CMDB application platform, automated data collection mechanisms, executive dashboards, operational dashboards, KPI reporting framework, technical documentation, user guides, and governance procedures.

Whitehall Resources is currently seeking an experienced CMDB Application Developer & Reporting Specialist to work with a key client. We are looking for someone to help us design, develop, and maintain a centralized CMDB solution supporting IT Service Management processes. The solution may be built using Google Workspace technologies such as AppSheet, Apps Script, BigQuery, and Looker Studio, or equivalent platforms including Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, or custom web development frameworks.
