C# Software Engineer

Requirements:

• Strong commercial experience with C# development
• Experience with C++
• Ability to understand complex systems and work from high-level concepts through to detailed technical implementation
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop simulation software using C# and C++
• Develop system representations within synthetic and virtual environments
• Support integration of simulation solutions with wider engineering systems
• Work closely with architects and technical leads to translate high-level requirements into robust software solutions
• Contribute to continuous integration, continuous delivery and configuration-controlled development environments
• Support verification, validation and training capabilities through advanced simulation technologies
• Collaborate within agile, multidisciplinary engineering teams

We are a leading engineering and technology organisation operating at the forefront of advanced defence and simulation systems. This is a 12-month contract role in Bristol, working 3 days onsite, offering £65-£70 per hour inside IR35.
