Business Analyst - Digital Transformation

Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Business Analysis across technology and business change projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working on digital transformation, automation, data, or AI-related initiatives
• The ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Experience producing business cases, requirements documentation, and process improvements
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across multiple projects
• Facilitate workshops and gather business and technical requirements
• Produce business cases, impact assessments, and process maps
• Translate business needs into clear deliverables for technical teams
• Support project delivery and change implementation
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation
• Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels across the organisation
