AV Service Engineer

Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a full UK driving licence.
• We are looking for someone with 5+ years of AV experience, ideally in a service or commissioning engineer role.
• We need strong technical understanding of AV systems, including the ability to alter configurations and commission systems where required.
• Experience with QSYS, Crestron and Extron would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• We attend reactive service calls to diagnose and resolve issues with AV systems.
• We reconfigure AV control systems and DSPs where required, including QSYS, Extron, Crestron, Yealink, Logitech and NEAT.
• We carry out preventative maintenance visits.
• We keep customers informed of progress with service calls and maintain a high level of customer service.
• We maintain up-to-date service documentation.
• We install small system upgrades and replacements.

We are hiring an AV Service Engineer based in London, working Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30. The role supports corporate and education clients predominantly across London and surrounding areas. We offer a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience, along with a company vehicle, fuel card, 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension, tools, laptop and phone.
