Job Description

Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements:
  • You have experience in one or more of the following areas: incident handling and response; computer forensic analysis; systems administration; malware analysis; incident remediation; or programming and scripting.
  • You have experience conducting or managing incident response, including investigations of targeted threats such as advanced persistent threats, organized crime, or hacktivists.
  • You have experience with forensic analysis tools, system internals, malware analysis, or creating tactical and strategic remediation plans, as relevant to your background.
  • You have programming or scripting experience with one or more of PowerShell, C, C#, VB, Python, Perl, Ruby on Rails, or .NET.
  • You hold at least one relevant security certification.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations productively and professionally.
  • You have strong experience with Mac OS, Windows, and Unix operating systems.
  • You have a BA/BS or MA/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Assurance, Information Security Management, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, or Cybersecurity Policy, or suitable relevant work experience.
  • You have proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
  • You can contribute to a diverse team and interact effectively with customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and conduct in-depth analysis of security alerts using our CrowdStrike platform.
  • Apply incident-handling processes across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
  • Perform malware analysis and remotely remediate malware or other malicious activity.
  • Develop and improve processes for incident detection, triage, and execution of countermeasures.
  • Provide customer management with high-quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings.
  • Share industry thought leadership through blog posts, CrowdCasts, and other public speaking events.
  • Help advance our security processes and procedures.
