AI/Machine Learning Consultant

Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Active Developed Vetting (DV) Clearance.
• Experience applying Data Science, Machine Learning or AI within Defence, Security, Government or research environments.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning techniques and architectures, including Generative AI, Transformers and neural networks.
• Python and common Data Science libraries.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud AI and Data Science services.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Apply Data Science, Machine Learning and AI techniques to solve complex business and operational challenges.
• Design, develop and deploy innovative AI and analytics solutions.
• Work directly with Defence and Security clients to translate requirements into practical outcomes.
• Build prototypes, proof-of-concepts and production-ready solutions.
• Support the delivery of large-scale transformation and technology programmes.
• Contribute to new business opportunities, proposals and client engagements.
• Mentor colleagues and support the growth of our AI and Data Science capabilities.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging AI, Machine Learning and Data Science technologies.
