AI Strategist, Generative AI Innovation Center

Salary: £63,000 - 103,000 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience in a professional or military setting
• Experience as a technical specialist in design and architecture
• Experience with databases such as SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or Kinesis
• Experience in consulting, design, and implementation of serverless distributed solutions
• Experience with cloud-based solutions, systems, networks, and operating systems on AWS or equivalent platforms
• Experience in external or internal customer-facing, complex, large-scale project management
• Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C/C++, or Python
• Experience integrating AWS cloud services with on-premise technologies such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, or SAP
• Experience with automation or monitoring frameworks, deployment, or development
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Experience implementing cloud-based technology solutions or experience in systems administration, network administration, or programming
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage numerous internal and external stakeholder demands
• Ability to collaborate with global or enterprise account sales and delivery teams to drive AI/ML adoption
• Experience and passion for designing and developing innovative AI/ML solutions using natural language processing, computer vision, or statistical learning theory
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively to audiences with varying functional knowledge
• Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical problems and develop data modeling processes

Responsibilities:

• Bring alignment between customer technologists and business leads and help them explore generative AI and machine learning opportunities
• Develop roadmaps that deliver business value in the most effective way
• Discuss complex industry-specific business concepts with executives, line managers, and technologists
• Engage with AWS teams including applied scientists, solutions architects, business development, marketing, industry specialists, partners, and regional organizations
• Drive large, complex sales opportunities from ideation through vision building, scoping, closure, and delivery
• Ensure customer success in ideating and deploying proof-of-concept projects on the AWS platform and help move them toward production solutions
• Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in business discussions to ensure solutions capture business value and success metrics
• Conduct workshops to identify opportunities for delivering business value through generative AI or machine learning
• Capture and operationalize best-practice knowledge for enterprises adopting generative AI or machine learning more holistically
• Author or contribute to customer-facing publications such as whitepapers
• Build deep relationships with senior customer stakeholders to enable advocacy for industry and advanced technology solutions
• Evangelize and enable AWS teams to collaborate with the Generative AI Innovation Center
• Act as a business liaison between customers, services, technologists, and support
• Make meaningful contributions to deep business discussions
