AI Enablement Lead

Salary: £65,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of AI models, generative AI and automation
• Knowledge of how AI technologies can be applied in a business environment
• Experience identifying high-value AI or automation opportunities
• Strong requirements-gathering and process-mapping experience
• Experience translating business needs into delivery-ready use cases
• Experience working with technology teams, delivery partners or vendors
• Strong business and technical stakeholder engagement skills
• AI/ML, business analysis or change management certifications are advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritise AI use cases based on business value, feasibility and risk
• Lead discovery workshops with business teams
• Capture current processes, pain points and desired outcomes
• Translate opportunities into clear, delivery-ready use cases
• Own the AI use case pipeline from discovery through to deployment
• Partner with technical teams and external AI delivery partners
• Support the design, build, testing and rollout of AI automation solutions
• Define and track the value delivered by individual use cases
• Report AI delivery progress to leadership
