Salesforce Technical Lead
Job Description
Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements:- Strong Apex coding skills and experience with LWC and Aura
- Experience with Jitterbit or MuleSoft is desirable
- Salesforce Platform Developer I, Certified App Builder, Certified Administrator, Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Service Cloud Consultant, and Certified CPQ Specialist certifications
- JavaScript Developer and Platform Developer II certifications are desirable
- Advanced certification in either the Software Architect or Application Architect path
- Strong communication skills
- Work with clients to define and design solutions that meet the criteria in their Statements of Work
- Lead operational teams on client projects using Waterfall and Agile approaches
- Facilitate and lead workshop discussions
- Own and contribute to project high-level designs
- Own, contribute to, and refine project user stories
- Plan and execute data migrations as part of project delivery
- Perform deployments using Salesforce CLI
- Plan and execute deployment processes in line with company standards
- Maintain certifications and current knowledge of Salesforce releases, and support and guide Technical Delivery Team members in doing the same
- Identify reusable assets, including design patterns, principles, and technical components, and ensure they are actioned
