Salary: £77,000 - 87,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Extensive technical project management experience, ideally delivering projects for external or third-party clients, with a record of balancing competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Strong discipline in maintaining project plans, risk and issue logs, action trackers, and broader project governance
  • Sound knowledge of the software delivery and implementation lifecycle, with an interest in best practice
  • Collaborative approach and comfort working with teams across pre-sales, software engineering, delivery, and customer success
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt to change
  • Confidence engaging with senior and executive stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Relevant certifications are a bonus
  • Background in FinTech, Software as a Service, or financial services is desirable
  • Familiarity with ADO or Azure DevOps Boards is desirable
Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day delivery of client implementations of our core SaaS platform
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans that balance delivery speed with resources, scope, and budget across around three to four concurrent projects, with an average turnaround of three months
  • Act as a subject matter expert in a hybrid Agile and Waterfall function, adapting methodologies and processes to each project
  • Track and report progress, milestones, and momentum across a portfolio of concurrent projects
  • Run productive status meetings with project teams and clients, documenting decisions, actions, risks, and issues
  • Guide, mentor, and motivate less senior Project Managers
  • Resolve blockers and handle client queries and escalations constructively
  • Raise risks and issues promptly with internal colleagues and client project leads, and agree mitigation plans
  • Create or lead the creation of project documentation, including charters, plans, issue logs, test plans, and go-live runbooks
  • Partner with Customer Success, Delivery, and Marketing colleagues to build satisfied, referenceable clients and identify growth opportunities
  • Forecast resourcing needs to support company-wide planning
  • Own client engagements from kick-off through go-live, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track and ensuring positive client outcomes
  • Establish and refine project management standards for consistent, high-quality delivery across Professional Services
