School IT Technician

Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an IT support capacity; experience up to 2nd line is preferred but not essential.
• Experience working in a school, academy, or college is highly desirable.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing IT equipment, including servers, software, networks, hardware, and telephony.
• Experience supporting Office 365, Google Workspace, and Chromebooks is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering a first-class, customer-facing service.
