IT Service Delivery Analyst

Salary: £24,000 - 63,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate records of IT assets and stock throughout their lifecycle
• Carry out regular audits to keep equipment and inventory records accurate and up to date
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities
• Assist with operational and governance processes across the IT function
• Coordinate activities and support operational requirements with colleagues across IT and the wider business
• Support compliance and audit requirements through effective record keeping and process management
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and make ways of working more efficient
