Junior Product Designer

Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements:

• A portfolio demonstrating UX/UI or product design work
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes or interface designs
• Knowledge of Figma is desirable
• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
• An understanding of user-centred design and usability
• Curiosity about digital products, AI and emerging technologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A genuine desire to learn, develop and grow as a product designer

Responsibilities:

• Translate user needs and problems into simple, intuitive product experiences
• Collaborate with designers, developers, product owners and testers to deliver working products
• Consider accessibility, responsiveness and usability throughout the design process
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-quality designs in Figma
• Explore AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance the design process
• Contribute to our wider design system and maintain consistency across products
• Support user research, workshops and usability testing
• Use customer feedback and insights to improve existing features
