.NET Full-Stack Developer

Salary: £33,000 - 47,000 per year

Requirements:

• Were looking for practical experience in full-stack software development.
• You should have strong working knowledge of .NET and C#, and experience developing web applications and backend services or APIs.
• You should understand frontend development, modern web technologies, and software development principles and practices.
• You should be able to troubleshoot and debug technical issues, write clean and maintainable code, and develop well-tested software.
• We expect experience or demonstrated ability using AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, testing, and problem-solving, with the technical judgement to critically review and validate AI-generated outputs.
• You should have strong software development fundamentals and be able to take ownership of AI-assisted outputs, ensuring they are secure, accurate, maintainable, and aligned with development standards.
• You should have experience working collaboratively in a software development team, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to learn new technologies and frameworks quickly.
• Desirable: experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or GitHub Copilot; Agile development; automated testing or test-driven development; modern frontend frameworks; code reviews; or continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Well rely on you to develop, maintain, and enhance web applications across backend and frontend components.
• Youll develop reliable, scalable backend services and APIs using .NET and C#, and contribute to frontend development using modern web technologies and frameworks.
• We expect you to use AI-assisted tools for coding, debugging, testing, research, and problem-solving, and to review, validate, and refine their outputs using sound technical judgement.
• Youll write clean, maintainable, well-tested code in line with our development standards.
• Youll troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Youll participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to help maintain high software quality.
• Youll collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Youll contribute to improving our development processes, practices, and technical solutions, and learn and apply new technologies, tools, frameworks, and AI-assisted approaches as needed.
• Well count on you to support delivery of high-quality software within agreed timescales.
