Lead Product Analyst

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience
• Strong analytical mind and product intuition, centered around the banking and financial industry
• Technical skill-set in Python, advanced SQL, and BI tools
• Experience working with technical teams, including product managers, engineers, and analysts
• Relevant experience in a data-driven and complex environment with limited guidance
• Understanding of events data such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives
• Hustler mentality with the ability to take work beyond analysis and get things done
• Experience in the fintech domain is a plus
• Knowledge of tools such as Airflow, GitHub, and dbt is a plus
• Experience with user-facing products and data is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Partner with product managers and other analysts to develop KPIs for our expansion markets and monitor the impact of new product features on them
• Identify and action opportunities to enhance the teams key performance indicators
• Develop and own strategies to continuously improve team metrics
• Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches within the team
• Conduct forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation to support new product rollouts
• Influence product decisions with robust and actionable data insights
• Build and present compelling data-driven arguments to establish conviction and support within the team
• Make contributions to wider product goals to help us achieve our mission
• Construct and maintain valuable data assets to help diagnose issues and understand product impacts
• Ensure data assets are accessible and effectively used by the team to enhance product and customer insights
