Requirements:

• We require eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).

Responsibilities:

• We lead the strategic direction, development and continuous improvement of a critical ServiceNow platform within a complex enterprise environment.
• We define and evolve the product strategy and vision.
• We develop, maintain and prioritise a value-driven product roadmap.
• We manage and refine the product backlog to maximise business value.
• We translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements.
• We define release scope and ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements.
• We provide product leadership and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• We manage relationships with external suppliers and technology partners.
• We establish effective governance processes, performance measures and risk management practices.
• We collaborate with procurement and commercial teams on supplier lifecycle management.
• We drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for service innovation.
• We work alongside technical teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders to align the product roadmap with organisational objectives, market needs and customer expectations.

We are offering a 12-month initial contract for a Senior Product Manager (ServiceNow) based in a hybrid Milton Keynes area role, with a minimum of 60% onsite attendance and a rate of up to £650 per day inclusive.
