ERP Support

Salary: £28,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are ideally looking for experience supporting ERP systems on a similar solution such as Access Financial, Elevate, Accesssupply chain, Orchestrate, Factorymaster, Epicor, Emax, Sage X3, Sage 200, SYSPRO, IFS, or QAD.
• We would like someone who is comfortable explaining financial and ERP transactions to users at different levels.
• We want someone who can take ownership of problems and work through issues to find a solution.
• We are looking for an experienced ERP Support Consultant, ERP Implementation Consultant, or a Finance professional working with ERP software in a manufacturing business.

Responsibilities:

We are an established UK ERP software company with a large and loyal customer base, a strong support operation, and very low staff turnover. You will join an experienced ERP support team supporting around 400 customers, predominantly UK manufacturing companies with complex requirements across Finance, Manufacturing, MRP, Production, and Supply Chain. Our ERP solution is a large, sophisticated system covering Finance and Accounting, Manufacturing, MRP and Production, Distribution, Field Service, OCR, Mobile, and Business Intelligence. Our customers operate across Made to Order, Engineered to Order, Make to Stock, and Process Manufacturing, including food and pharmaceutical businesses. We offer full ERP product training, and the role is predominantly home based with 1 day per month in our East Midlands office. The salary for this role is £30,000 to £40,000.
