Business Analyst - CMS / Digital Operations

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years experience in Business Analysis, CMS, QA, digital operations or a similar role.
• Experience with enterprise CMS platforms and UAT/release testing.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar tools.
• Strong requirements, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working across business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting global or multi-region teams is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Execute UAT, regression testing and release validation.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for an enterprise CMS.
• Troubleshoot content, publishing, configuration and access issues.
• Gather requirements and create clear Jira tickets and acceptance criteria.
• Track defects and work with technical teams through to resolution.
• Maintain platform documentation and knowledge resources.
• Support platform communications, releases and time-sensitive content updates.

We are recruiting an experienced Business Analyst to join a global digital and marketing technology environment on a 6-month contract. This is a hands-on role combining business analysis, UAT/QA, CMS operations and production support, working closely with business, marketing and technology teams across multiple regions. The role is based in London on a hybrid basis, with a day rate of £280 - £305 inside IR35.
