Support Analyst with 2nd Level Treasury Systems Support

Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require 1 to 4 years of experience working with and supporting the FIS Treasury and Risk Management System Integrity.
• We require 2 to 5 years of experience in 1st / 2nd line treasury systems or financial systems support.
• We require an understanding of treasury processes, including payments, liquidity, and settlements.
• We require experience with incident management and ITIL processes.
• We require strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• We prefer experience with the FIS Integrity system or similar treasury and risk management systems.
• We prefer basic SQL or data interrogation capability.
• We prefer exposure to SWIFT, APIs, and integration technologies.
• We prefer experience supporting UAT or testing cycles.
• We require a degree in Finance, IT, or a related discipline.
• We prefer ITIL Foundation certification.
• We require a proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

• We provide 2nd level implementation and support for our global rollout of FIS Integrity Treasury and Risk Management System.
• We monitor treasury systems, interfaces, and scheduled jobs, including EOD, SOD, and intraday processes.
• We oversee payment flows across SWIFT, API, EBICS, and bank platforms.
• We validate inbound data such as bank statements, market data, and trade feeds.
• We execute operational runbooks for failed processes and controlled reprocessing.
• We perform daily checks and controls, including cash position validation and transaction completeness.
• We log, classify, and prioritise incidents in ServiceNow based on treasury business impact.
• We perform structured triage and initial diagnosis.
• We resolve standard issues within SLA using approved knowledge base and runbooks.
• We escalate complex or cross-system issues to L3 with full technical and business diagnostic context.
• We support major incident management processes and incident bridge calls.
• We validate transaction, position, balance, and exposure data across treasury systems.
• We identify and resolve discrepancies impacting liquidity confidence and risk accuracy.
• We support reconciliation processes and ensure audit-ready completeness of financial data.
• We support execution of business testing, UAT, and regression testing.
• We validate operational outputs resulting from system changes.
• We assist in business readiness checks prior to release or cutover.

We are supporting the implementation of a global rollout of FIS Integrity Treasury and Risk Management System for our client. This is a permanent, full-time support analyst role based in Central London with some remote working possible, operating in a hybrid arrangement with three days in the office. The salary range is 60,000 to 80,000. We are looking for someone to help protect treasury-critical processes, support service continuity, and contribute to testing and release readiness in a fast-moving treasury systems environment.
