Dynamics 365 Platform Lead

Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading Dynamics 365 (CE) and Power Platform implementations and ongoing platform management.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, including Dataverse, solutions framework, security model, and integration methods.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale CRM solutions aligned with business goals.
• Expertise in integration patterns, including APIs, Azure Integration Services, and plugins.
• Experience implementing governance, DevOps, and ALM for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services relevant to Dynamics 365, such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
• Ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership experience managing technical teams and third-party suppliers.
• Experience within the housing, public sector, or regulated industries is desirable.
• Knowledge of customer experience and digital engagement platforms is desirable.
• Experience using Co-pilot or AI within the Dynamics and Power Platform stack is desirable.
• Experience with data and analytics integration, including Power BI and data platforms, is desirable.
• Educated to level 6 (degree or equivalent) or higher in an IT or STEM-related discipline.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform, such as Solution Architect, Functional Consultant, or Power Platform Architect.
• TOGAF, Zachman certification, or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, architecture, design, and delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and associated Power Platform services.
• Own the end-to-end architecture and design for Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service.
• Own the end-to-end architecture and design for Power Platform services, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Co-pilot within these services.
• Establish and maintain platform governance, including standards, best practices, environment strategy, and application lifecycle management.
• Steer and influence the future direction of our platforms and the services they deliver.
• Lead, manage, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams and third-party suppliers.
