Salary: £56,000 - 96,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Proven experience of change delivery and analysis
  • Demonstrable experience of Agile principles and development methodologies
  • Experience working with digital CX programmes
  • Qualification in Scrum (CSM) is advantageous
  • Experience with management tools such as JIRA, monday.com or similar
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Responsibilities:
  • Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
  • Train, mentor, and support the digital team to follow agile values, principles, and practices
  • Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
  • Manage incoming demand prior to sprint
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution in pursuit of product delivery
  • Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items
  • Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
  • Monitor progress and performance and help teams make improvements
  • Plan and organise demos and product/system testing
  • Track project processes, deliverables, and financials
  • Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders and Group Change Steering forum

We are hiring a certified Scrum Master for our central digital team in a newly created role supporting our move to being fully agile across day-to-day work and projects. You will work closely with our Head of Digital, Product Managers, Data Analysts, CRO, Web Managers and UX/UI experts, helping improve cross-team coordination, delivery governance, and agile maturity through coaching, lightweight process improvements and continuous improvement actions. We work in a hybrid way, mainly from our Folkestone office 2 to 3 times a week and in our London office about once a month, with Folkestone as your allocated office and travel costs to London covered when meetings or events take place there.
