SAP PSCD Functional Consultant

Requirements:

• SAP Public Sector Collections and Disbursement (PSCD), or other industry-specific FI-CA experience such as Utilities, Telecoms, Insurance, or SAP BRIM/Hybris Billing
• SAP TRM (Tax and Revenue Management)
• At least 1 full project life cycle in FI-CA and proven system support experience
• Experience supporting and implementing SAP solutions within the Public Sector
• Excellent consulting and customer-facing skills
• Knowledge of UK statutory financial accounting and reporting requirements, management accounting techniques, and integration touchpoints to other SAP modules
• Accountancy qualifications are a distinct advantage
• Problem and incident resolution skills
• Testing and documentation standards/methodology experience
• Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the SAP Delivery Centre, leading a team to coordinate and deliver end-to-end solutions for new and existing projects, including impacts, blueprints, functional specifications, and build activities
• Attend and lead workshops with the client to understand requirements and articulate the solution
• Write design documentation such as blueprints and functional specifications
• Configure the SAP solution to meet client requirements
• Support developers during the build phase and complete initial testing of the solution
• Support testers to ensure they understand the solution and test it appropriately
• Ensure the solution is successfully delivered to the live system and complete an appropriate handover to live services
• Deliver enhancements and project work relating to the TRM solution
• Work with the client to refine requirements and design an appropriate solution using SAP
• Take the solution through the build phase, supporting developers and testers, and implement it into the live system

We are an SAP team that supports and implements SAP Tax and Revenue Management solutions for our client, the largest implementation of its kind globally. We are a dynamic and fast-moving business unit with expectations of further growth over the coming years, helping us continue to deliver high-quality SAP solutions. This role is based in Worthing with 2 days per week in the office, runs for 6 months, and requires BPSS clearance, with SC eligibility a plus. The max supplier rate is £524.
