Technical Consultant Payroll

Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require software implementation experience.
• We require an understanding of the end-to-end payroll lifecycle and familiarity with HR and HCM software systems.
• We require excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• We require confident and clear presentation skills, with the ability to engage users and deliver training.
• We require you to have your own car and be happy to travel to client sites across the UK as required.
• We require a clean, valid driving licence.
• We require the ability to manage your own diary and work proactively.

Responsibilities:

• We provide a full understanding of our product suite and train new and existing customers in its configuration and use.
• We deliver in-person training at customer sites using structured training plans.
• We gain a strong understanding of customer bespoke requirements and systems.
• We flag issues to the Help Desk Coordinator.
• We regularly review system requirements and identify potential improvements.
• We travel to client sites regularly, typically for 1-2 days at a time, with expenses paid.

We are a global payroll technology company providing a range of highly customisable solutions to a range of clients. This is a remote UK role with regular travel to client sites, usually around three times per month, and all expenses are paid. We offer a salary of up to £40k, a 5% pension, healthcare, 20 days holiday increasing over time, and remote/hybrid working.
