Email Strategic Developer

Salary: £53,000 - 93,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Email Developer, CRM Developer or Email Production Specialist
• Preferably experience within retail, fashion, ecommerce or another consumer-focused environment
• Strong knowledge of responsive HTML email development
• Experience with modular template architecture and email production best practices
• Experience working with dynamic content and personalisation
• Strong HTML and CSS skills for responsive email development
• Experience building and maintaining modular, reusable email templates
• Understanding of email scripting and dynamic content
• Experience supporting personalised CRM campaigns and customer journeys
• Strong QA, testing and troubleshooting skills across devices and email clients

• We develop responsive HTML emails
• We configure and assemble CRM campaigns
• We implement dynamic content and personalisation
• We support audience segmentation and targeted customer journeys
• We build and maintain modular, reusable email components
• We work with existing HTML and email scripting
• We update and troubleshoot existing email code
• We support CRM campaigns and customer journeys
• We collaborate with CRM, Creative, Marketing and Technical teams
• We work in a fast-paced campaign environment
• We maintain a meticulous eye for detail and quality
