Modern Workplace & AI Lead

Salary: £55,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• Deep Modern Workplace experience (M365, SharePoint, Teams, Viva)
• Strong hands-on capability with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure AI/OpenAI Service
• Consultancy or Microsoft Partner background
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and a desire to build a practice
• Certifications are beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Lead Modern Workplace and Copilot/AI strategy, architecture, and delivery
• Run workshops, roadmaps, adoption programmes, and solution design
• Support pre-sales, including scoping, proposals, demos, and RFPs
• Shape propositions, methodologies, and reusable assets
• Mentor consultants and help build a high-performing practice
• Stay ahead of the Microsoft roadmap and translate capability into client value
