Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident coaching teams and resolving delivery issues.
• Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and improve Agile maturity.
• Remove blockers and manage delivery risks and dependencies.
• Work closely with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritisation.
• Use JIRA and Confluence to track progress and provide delivery transparency.
• Support continuous improvement and foster a collaborative team environment.

We are hiring an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager to join a high-profile digital transformation programme supporting Making Tax Digital (MTD). This is a Telford / hybrid role with 2-3 days per week onsite, offered as an initial 4-month contract at £450 per day inside IR35. BPSS clearance is required.
