Senior Power Platform Developer

Salary: £41,000 - 81,000 per year

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
• Strong experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions and leading technical design
• Experience working with integrations, APIs and Azure services
• Strong understanding of governance, security and environment strategy within Power Platform
• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or C#
• Experience working within Agile (Scrum) teams and Azure DevOps
• Strong analytical, methodical and problem-solving approach
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior developers
• Desirable: Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Desirable: Experience with Power BI and reporting solutions
• Desirable: Experience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, or intelligent agents to enhance productivity, automation, and user experience
• Desirable: Experience in legal or professional services environments

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, testing and release of complex solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to analyse requirements and design scalable, efficient solutions
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and code review to developers within the team
• Define and enforce development standards, best practices and governance across Power Platform solutions
• Ensure all solutions adhere to internal change management procedures, security standards and data governance policies
• Design and implement integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure services and third-party systems
• Work as part of a self-managing Agile team following Scrum methodology, contributing to planning, estimation and delivery
• Develop and maintain documentation to required standards and ensure effective handover to support teams
• Provide high-level support and troubleshooting for business-critical applications
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tooling and platform capability
