Data Scientist

Salary: £62,000 - 102,000 per year

Requirements:

• Understanding of predictive models and statistical analysis
• Highly skilled in Python and R
• Start-up experience or previous experience as a first hire within Data Science
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and desirably Salesforce
• Ideally, experience with a previous property company in Real Estate or Proptech

• Help drive our marketing and sales divisions through data science
• Be our first hire into a new data function
• Help us hire further staff for the team
• Set the foundations and roadmap for the team to follow

We are an exciting Real Estate/Proptech organisation starting up a new Data function to support our marketing and sales divisions. This is a 3-month contract outside IR35, paying 700 per day, with a hybrid London working arrangement. We are looking for someone to join us as the first hire into the team and help shape its future. Interviews are taking place in September.
