Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Salary: £54,000 - 94,000 per year

Requirements:

• Past experience building solutions with LLMs and a deep understanding of the overall Gen AI landscape.
• Strong foundation in machine learning basics, including evaluation, training, and problem decomposition.
• Strong engineering background; preferred fields include Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Machine Learning.
• Strong coding proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar.
• Ability and interest in travelling up to 25% as needed to client sites, with flexibility based on personal preferences.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to own Gen AI strategy and implementation.
• Build end-to-end workflows and take them to production.
• Solve real-world problems at large scale.
• Contribute learnings from the field back to the Palantir AIP product suite.
• Work in small teams to own delivery of high-stakes projects with clients.
• Build LLM workflows on a large scale.
• Interact with customers to understand their needs and set their AI strategy.
• Implement solutions into partner organizations and drive real-world impact.
