Salesforce Administrator

Salary: £49,000 - 77,000 per year

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Salesforce and Certinia administration, ideally in a business services industry, or equivalent consulting experience
• Strong experience supporting Certinia PSA and Certinia Accounting (FFA) or similar PSA/ERP systems
• Good understanding of finance and accounting concepts, including billing, revenue, journals, project financials, and GLA
• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows, including record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flows
• Hands-on configuration experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics, Analytics Studio, or Tableau CRM
• Experience analysing and resolving automation conflicts and technical debt
• Experience within support team and client-facing roles, managing users and day-to-day issues through to resolution
• Ability to work independently, within teams, and cross-functionally with excellent communication skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and enjoyment of project ownership
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Salesforce declarative configuration to expert level, including Lightning UI
• Experience supporting orgs with 200+ users
• Experience delivering change and release management best practices and sandbox management
• Experience presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with DataLoader or equivalent ETL tools
• Ability to effectively prioritise competing requests while managing user expectations
• Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) desirable
• Advanced Salesforce Flow architecture and best practices desirable
• Further Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder desirable
• Experience working within a complex Salesforce org desirable
• Experience leading, supporting, or mentoring junior Administrator(s) desirable
• Hands-on configuration experience with Conga and/or DocuSign desirable
• BA or Project Management certifications desirable
• Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, business analysis/change management, or related field desirable
• We will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance, and as part of onboarding you will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard

Responsibilities:

• Participate in discovery sessions and workshops with business process stakeholders and users to gather or update solution requirements and perform gap analysis between Salesforce capabilities and enhancement needs
• Analyse user stories and translate them into deliverable working solutions and complete test scenarios
• Lead or assist with the design, development, testing, and delivery of functional solutions within Salesforce, prioritising scalable, declaratively developed solutions
• Participate in user acceptance testing sessions
• Deliver user training
• Create relevant user and administrator documentation to support solution rollouts
• Provide 2nd line Salesforce BAU support
• Monitor the internal ticketing system to ensure business queries are addressed in a timely manner
• Support or mentor a junior administrator where relevant
• Tackle technical debt, including rationalisation and optimisation of existing automation
• Design, build, and maintain complex record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flows
• Identify data quality issues and manage resolution of such instances
• Support Finance and Accounts teams with troubleshooting of Certinia PSA and Accounting (FFA) related issues
• Investigate financial data discrepancies, including revenue recognition, billing, project financials, and accounting postings
• Work closely with Finance stakeholders to improve financial processes within Salesforce and Certinia
• Identify opportunities to recommend scalable technical and/or third-party solutions to the Salesforce roadmap
