Digital Business Analyst
Job Description
Salary: £44,700 - 44,700 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience in business relationship management and stakeholder management.
- Strong background in business analysis, including business systems and process modelling.
- Proficient in requirement gathering for technical solutions.
- Familiarity with emerging digital technologies and project management methodologies, including Prince 2, Scrum, DSDM, and Agile.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to challenges.
- A full current UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
- Able to meet Police Vetting requirements, including having resided within the UK continuously for a minimum of 5 years.
- Lead by example, embodying the Police Code of Ethics and ensuring dignity, fairness, and respect across interactions.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to understand strategic objectives and challenges, and interpret needs to identify innovative solutions.
- Analyse and design requirements for new systems and enhancements, ensuring alignment with user needs and Digital Policing infrastructure standards.
- Provide expert advice on technology change projects using systems analysis and process improvement methodologies.
- Manage small technology projects using project management techniques such as Prince 2, Scrum, DSDM, and Agile.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to promote the Digital Policing strategy and build strong relationships with business functions.
