Senior Java Developer
Job Description
Salary: £63,000 - 103,000 per year
Requirements:- Experience in Java server-side software development
- Experience designing, building, debugging, and operating distributed systems
- Experience designing and evolving messaging protocols
- Experience designing and evolving software libraries
- Experience applying various forms of testing to underpin software qualities, e.g., correctness and performance
- Experience in measuring, benchmarking and profiling components and systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- We are looking for a great team player who loves sharing knowledge and learning from others

- We are looking for someone happy to work in a test-driven and Agile development fashion
- Employment/engagement is subject to an acceptable background check
- Design and develop Java applications and libraries

- Troubleshoot and debug Java applications to ensure smooth performance
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and reusability
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development
