AI Solution Architect - ERP

Salary: £64,000 - 104,000 per year

Requirements:

• Deep domain credibility in ERP, EAM, and/or FSM, combined with fluency in applied AI
• Strong team player who acts as both player and coach, shares knowledge, and mentors talent across geographies
• Skilled in delivering software demonstrations and executive-level presentations to varied audiences
• Solid grasp of business and IT architecture, with the ability to assess customer technology landscapes in the context of AI-led business transformation
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours to support global engagements
• Creative, curious, and persuasive communicator able to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
• AI-first mindset, applying AI techniques to work more efficiently and effectively
• Self-starter and fast learner who thrives in a high-paced, dynamic business environment

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact AI pursuits by applying solution, AI portfolio, and industry depth
• Tailor demonstrations and deliver proof-of-value engagements that build customer confidence
• Set the quality bar and help avoid scope creep in strategic deals
• Translate AI capabilities into credible, domain-specific outcomes and architectures
• Ensure solutions are technically sound and implementable
• Provide insight-based guidance to shape marketing campaigns, sales plays, messaging, roadmap priorities, and competitive positioning for the AI portfolio
• Strengthen presales execution through content creation, storytelling, reusable assets, mentoring, and delivery excellence
• Drive evolution in our AI go-to-market model through cross-functional collaboration, industry-specific sales plays, and field innovation
• Contribute to AI portfolio revenue targets in partnership with sales leadership
• Improve presales readiness and win rates on qualified opportunities
• Create and reuse solution assets, demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements
• Gather field-sensed product feedback to inform future AI portfolio innovation
