Senior Fullstack Engineer

Salary: £56,000 - 96,000 per year

Requirements:

• You have 6+ years of professional experience in software development, with a first experience in a product company such as SaaS, fintech, or marketplace.
• You are highly proficient in Java or Kotlin and comfortable navigating complex backend architecture, APIs, and data models.
• You have first experience working with TypeScript and are eager to learn Nuxt and Vue.js.
• You have a product engineer mindset: you think beyond the code, are curious about the why behind features, and are proactive in proposing improvements and owning delivery end to end.
• You build with pragmatism and know how to adapt your practices to the context.
• You have excellent knowledge of modern architecture, while also knowing when to move fast and build disposable code.
• You are autonomous and committed to improving the teams practices.
• You own the whole lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, observability, and monitoring.
• You are fluent in English and comfortable speaking and writing in an English-speaking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers and Designers to deeply understand user needs, challenge ideas, and co-create elegant solutions.
• Take ownership of your features end to end, from first sketch to release and beyond.
• Help maintain a fast production deployment rhythm while balancing speed, quality, and business impact.
• Bring strong opinions backed by experience and challenge the status quo when it makes sense.
• Share knowledge, support pair programming when needed, review code carefully, and help raise the bar for the team.
• Build and maintain the full lifecycle of your work, including CI/CD, testing, observability, and monitoring.
