Infrastructure Support Engineer

Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• Infrastructure Support Analyst, Engineer, or 2nd Line Support experience
• Admin-level experience with Office 365
• Experience with routing, switching, LAN, WAN, firewalls, and security
• Experience or exposure to Azure is highly beneficial but not essential
• Commutable to Tiverton 2-3 days a week

Responsibilities:

• Report into our Head of IT
• Start by providing 2nd line support
• Transition into a hybrid Support / Infrastructure Engineer position
• Work heavily with Office 365
• Support routing, switching, LAN, WAN, and firewalls
