Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant

Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience.
• Strong finance process knowledge and the ability to translate technical detail for non-technical stakeholders.
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and driving best practice.
• UK-based for a remote role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead internal consulting across our Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, including configuration, integrations, and process design.
• Shape the roadmap with the Project Lead/Product Owner, focusing on scalability, performance, and simplification.
• Provide hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials finance expertise, upskill colleagues, and support a Centre of Excellence.
• Engage senior finance and technology stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Support change planning and adoption alongside the Change Manager.
