Lead Consultant UK GCP Data & AI/ML Pre-Sales Architect

Salary: £45,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require a computer science degree.
• We require individual delivery experience working with Google Cloud Platform.
• We require two or more Google Cloud Professional Certifications, such as Cloud Architect, Data Engineer, Database Engineer, or Machine Learning Engineer.
• We require extensive hands-on experience with Data Lakes, ETL, BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud SQL, BigTable, and Spanner.
• We require English as the main working language.
• We require eligibility to work and live in the United Kingdom, as we are unable to sponsor visas.
• We require proficiency in writing Terraform code.
• We require experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for data and ML projects.
• We require coding and scripting skills, such as Python, Go, or C++.
• We require experience with DBT and/or Dataform.
• We require experience with Dagster, Airbyte, Fivetran, and/or Hightouch.
• We require strong soft skills, including presenting to business and technical stakeholders.
• We require the ability to build customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• We require strong time management and prioritisation capabilities.
• We require experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team growth.

Responsibilities:

• We conduct GCP Data Architecture and AI/ML workshops.
• We take responsibility for delivery teams to ensure comprehensive implementation of customer projects.
• We design and deliver fit-for-purpose architectures based on customer requirements and constraints.
• We create solution architecture and technical design documents.
• We contribute to the further development of frameworks, service concepts, service domains, and products.
• We assist in sales to new and existing customers.
• We contribute to continuous learning for ourselves and our colleagues.
• We coach and mentor junior colleagues.
• We stay up to date with current trends.
