Real-Time Embedded Software Engineer
Job Description
Salary: £45,000 - 85,000 per year
Requirements:- We are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer with a background in complex technologies.
- We ideally want industry experience, although experience gained during a PhD and post-doctoral employment may also be considered.
- A relevant degree is common for this role, but industry experience is more important than formal qualifications.
- We ideally want experience developing embedded control systems software in C or C++.
- We may also consider other programming languages if you have a strong track record of learning new software languages.
- We value the ability to apply physics and mathematics principles to engineering and embedded software development projects.
- We will ask you to develop real-time software for embedded control systems.
- You will work on complex projects across new life-science instrumentation and robotics.
- You will apply your embedded software skills to support the successful development of new life-science technologies.
- You will work with the latest embedded software developments and continue learning through ongoing training.
