Senior Software Engineer

Salary: £72,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with extensive programming experience.
• We value a product engineering mindset.
• You should bring pragmatism and an obsession for simplicity, efficiency, and performance.
• You should have extensive experience in similar roles building technically complex products in any web programming language.
• You should have expert-level experience in server-side, client-side, or full stack development.
• You should have a strong focus on quality and testing.
• You should be eager to learn new technologies and frameworks.
• You should have strong communication skills.
• Experience with AI coding tools, AI-backed product features, the travel industry, DevOps with AWS, or high-performing Agile teams is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• We work day to day with our product team to design, architect, and implement our product.
• We develop a travel-related web-based product using Python/Django and/or React.
• We build integrations between our product and third-party APIs.
• We design, implement, and test system architecture.
• We work in an Agile environment with strong attention to well-documented code, unit testing, and continuous integration.
• We mentor, coach, and train other colleagues as domain experts.
