Job Description

Salary: £58,000 - 98,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We are looking for experienced team members with exposure across one or more of the following: Identity Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Consumer Identity, or OT IAM.
  • We require experience with one or more IAM technologies such as Saviynt, Clear Skye, SailPoint, CyberArk, Entra, OneIdentity, BeyondTrust, Okta, Ping, or ForgeRock.
  • We need project management experience on IAM solution deployments in waterfall and/or agile environments.
  • We require experience with IAM controls governance frameworks across processes, controls, organisation, and infrastructure.
  • We would ideally like IAM business analysis experience.
  • We would ideally like IAM assessment, strategy, and roadmap development experience.
  • We would ideally like design experience for IAM solutions on client transformations.
  • We would ideally like sector experience in Government & Public Sector, Energy & Utilities, Retail and Consumer Products, Life Sciences, Telecoms, Media & Technology, or Transport.
  • We would ideally like experience in IAM proposition development.
  • We would ideally like experience managing and coaching others in the development and delivery of complex client solutions and/or proposition development.
  • Candidates must be able to meet SC security clearance standards after joining, including UK nationality or UK residency for a minimum of five years and limited time spent outside the UK.
Responsibilities:
  • We will manage and own IAM engagements, including day-to-day running, project plans, client stakeholders, and delivery targets for quality, time, and budget.
  • We will manage onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.
  • We will work with prospective clients to scope and plan the delivery phase of engagements.
  • We will bring subject matter expertise to IAM engagements and lead teams for technical delivery.
  • We will provide technical and non-technical direction to the team throughout engagement delivery.
  • We will make and drive key project decisions to ensure successful completion of engagements.
  • We will contribute to market development for IAM across sectors by identifying sales opportunities and supporting proposals and marketing material.
  • We will develop team members through knowledge sharing, mentoring, coaching, and leading by example.
  • We will create thought leadership and market materials to sell and promote our Cyber and IAM security offering.
  • We will analyse complex problems and help deliver practical, sustainable solutions.
  • We will structure and manage projects to meet client expectations and mitigate risks or issues.
  • We will continuously learn and apply emerging IAM trends and technologies.
