Test Lead

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Test Lead, Test Manager, or Senior Test Analyst with responsibility for end-to-end testing delivery.
• Strong knowledge of COINS ERP and its integrations.
• Experience setting up and managing test environments from scratch.
• Expertise across System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing, UAT, Regression Testing, and Defect Management.
• Ability to define and implement test strategies, test plans, governance, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of data flows, interfaces, APIs, and cross-system integrations.
• Comfortable working in both Agile and traditional delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous experience within Housebuilding, Residential Construction, or Main Contracting environments.
• Must have worked on COINS-based programmes within the construction sector and understand the challenges associated with testing business-critical commercial and operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support a major Bill of Quantities (BOQ) transformation programme.
• Establish and drive the testing workstream from the ground up.
• Define the test strategy.
• Build test environments.
• Coordinate testing across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure successful delivery across COINS and integrated systems.

We are recruiting for an experienced COINS Test Lead for a 3-month contract with the option to extend to 12 months in Birmingham on a hybrid basis. This is a hands-on leadership role on a major BOQ transformation programme, offering the opportunity to shape the testing function from the early stages and play a key role in a high-profile business change initiative through to successful delivery.
