1st Line IT Support

Salary: £27,000 - 29,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require proven experience in an IT support or service desk role, specifically within an IT Managed Services environment.
• We require strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• We require a current Microsoft certification, such as Microsoft 365 or Azure.
• CompTIA A+ certification is desired.
• We require excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• We require a customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• We act as the first line of support for IT issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• We remotely troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, escalating when required.
• We use strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 to support users.
• We provide remote hardware maintenance and support.
• We configure and support desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• We keep tickets updated and resolved in line with SLAs.
